Why this game has no update ?

I started this game in 2012, and i fail to see the difference in 3 years. Still 30lvl, only 10 new champs maybe 15. that's all. WTF ?! In wow, there are tons of change, like area, new level, ton of stuff happen in 3years. But in lol litterally nothing. How will you keep your playerbase if you don't update your game ?

OMG I know right! I've been eating Apples for years, and they haven't made flavor or consistency updates at all, and yet Apple Juice has so many different brands and variations like Apple Beer, Hard Apple Ciders, why can't Apples get their shit together and innovate?!
