idk im just really confused and disappointed in this latest patch
completely destroying veigar and kassadin for no reason whatsoever
dont get me wrong i honestly hate veigar but he didnt deserve it

Basaren1 votesWell I dont think this was quite olafing since although they did nerf him some they actually did not completely destroy him like I was expecting it to have been. The new Q allows for more and faster stacking of his ap, the W is pretty much the same feel, the e delay is not actually that bad I mean it is not ideal and could be toned down a little but its not bad, and the ult is basically the same just have to work a little harder to get it up to IM GOING TO INSTAKILL YOU levels. Overall I still see people being op as veigar xD.
