Every one of your factional groups came from a single, narratively interesting champion. All the Shurima champs you now have stemmed from Nasus. The entire Freljord stemmed from Ashe. What else are we going to learn about Trundle's curse of pestilence? Nothing, he's the Freljord troll now and his theme is Ice Ice Ice More Ice Not Enough Ice Champs. How about Rammus' mysterious jungle, are we going to explore the possibility of more intelligent animal champs? No, Rammus is now the Shurimadillo, mysteriously rolling across the desert for no reason with no personality and not even a friggin ounce of exposition in his three sentences of lore.
Congratulations, Riot. You're now out of narrative space. I hope you like sitting down at every meeting for new champion concepts and going "well, are we going with Good medieval, bad medieval, snow, Chinese, desert, steampunk or yordle this time?"
