Since Ranked Are Getting Fair Matches, Normals Needs That Too

Since Riot Is working on ranked dynamic queue for people to have and play fairly, normals needs this too. Recently, I was tilted like crazy and was near the edge of losing control and go haywire, until I calmed down and saying that this is a game (I was so tilted I raged so much at my team and enemy, sorry if any of you are watching this thread, plus I threw a rock at the wall, huge dent that my dad has to fix). I know normals is to see where your mistakes are and it's not as competitive, and normals is where players study their mistakes and to improve, but when it comes to unfair matches, you really can't improve or identify your mistakes when people with like over 800 wins and are platinum vs unranked that has only 130 wins (me) and other players that are not as great.

There may be some objections and some information that I don't know of, but I feel like normals should also be fair for players that is lower than silver and had a few wins so they can see their mistakes and get a chance of improving before heading to Ranked (Not ready to ranked.)

And finally, if there is any information or something that why we shouldn't have this, add it to the comments so I can understand why normals shouldn't be fair.
