If Riot can go against their word and release Championship Riven again without RP compensation
Then surely they can re-release Riot Singed with compensation.

They technically didnt go against their word. Plus they did compensate, not with RP especially since i would assume most people who got Championship Riven originally got it through the Code Card handed out back in Worlds 2012. Granted it was also stated by Riot that any skin released in the Store has a potential to come back to the store no matter their category. But they would be treated similarly, that doesn't mean they are treated all the same. Going to edit my post since i just looked it up and it seems like the skin was available in the Store. So who knows. I would assume the main reason why CS Riven was re-released was because of its popularity. I would assume the Singed skin isnt popular enough as much as CS Riven was. I would say if people want it and show an interest in the skin to speak up.
