My thoughts on the new Taric( I do not know anything)

Ok So we all know when making a new champions or reworking past champions riot makes them STUPID OP to the point where they get nerfed like 10 times but when they "NERF" them their really just making the champions more OP right, So I thought what the new Taric will be like here is my thoughts PASSIVE- EYE CANDY. When attacking Taric you must Finish him off and kill him or you will be attracted to him( STUN) for 5.5 secs. Q(IMBUE) Taric fills his ally team with great substance of power. Heals ally team with 30% of his max health W(SHATTER) Taric smacks the enemy with his long hammer and shreds 10% of their max armor.
E( HEART SEEKER) Taric sends out 5 Hearts Maximum (1 per rank) that deals 0 damage but gives vision on the champions until they attack the hearts once the enemy attacks the hearts Taric gains more HP the more damage the enemy has at that point.
R(LOVE JOY) Taric can not be stopped as he lunges himself onto the enemy stunning them in place for 5.5 secs.
