Blind Mans Bluff in LCS
I used to enjoy watching WSoP (World Series of Poker) sometimes, and to break it up they would occasionally do blind mans bluff (alternative game where you have a card against your head but can't see it, so you play based off what you see other people having - it's just for fun and doesn't count towards the series). I think something like this would be great for LCS or some of the series.
Sure, not blind man's bluff exactly, but since it's best of 5, wait until after game 2 or something and do a random game mode or a game of ARAM in the middle with a set amount of $ being donated to a charity of the winning team's choice (or fan pick based on who wins).
Yes, it will interrupt LCS, but that's the point. We are seeing the same games over and over it feels like. The same champs - if one side doesn't pick them the other does. Tossing in a random game mode in the middle (imagine TSM vs C9 URF) would break things up for watching, and playing and may even show that other things are viable and give other ideas.
I'm loving the other game modes (sometimes) because it brings a good variety to the gameplay and people get played in roles far off from their normal meta and people are finding that other champs can work in other spots (not a ton, but it's opening up some). I think it's great to build a better understanding of the champs and playing and mix things up. Seeing that in the Pro scene would be awesome.
