When will we be able to report or honor someone outside of the final game window?

I've been wanting this for a while now, because I like to throw honor to players when they've done well in a game. But I also like to see my stats at the end of the game. I normally don't do them in that order though because the game ended and my first thought isn't behavior through the game, so I look at stats and then close out to the lobby. I know I shouldn't, but I don't remember to honor/report until I've already left the screen.

Reason I bring this up: Played a bot game with my wife a few days ago, she's still pretty new. Out of the 5 on our team, Lee didn't connect, Naut and Wukong on bottom lane fed and lost both towers before deciding to leave the game, and it was left with my wife midlane and I was top (thankfully since Lee didn't connect at the start one of the bots never joined in as well). We still won it, but it certainly wasn't a fun experience for her, and literally within the last minute of the game Lee connected (apologized for the game crashing) and that was it.

Well, I forgot to report both players for leaving (it's a bot game, but that makes for TERRIBLE new player experience) and to honor Lee for actually still connecting 20 minutes later on a bot game. I'm a bit annoyed about that, and it's not the first for me and probably has happened to a lot of other people.

Just give a 1-5 minute window post-game that we can return to the match history and honor or report players. I know the timing isn't a problem because if I leave the end game window open for an hour and come back and honor or report someone it still goes through. Just give us something besides a single one-shot opportunity to report or honor and I am certain it would happen more often when it should be.

between forgetting or the client crashing lots of times a lot of players who were toxic af or just trolls have gotten away with it. I submit reports all the time for trolls, who intent and claim they will intent before during and after the game who did not receive a ban. being able to report someone after the score screen should have been implemented years ago, long before i started playing, but its just one of those things riot is too lazy to put into the game.

its a bot game.....there are far worse things that your wife is going to experience in this game.. especially when she plays a game that actually matters and takes skill.

People leaving a bot game is not report worthy at all.

yikes.

maybe after the new client is up and running smoothly.

if someone leaves a game, they're given a free report to my knowledge and the game is flagged. That is the back up system you are talking about regardless of amount of reports someone gets once the game is flagged its flagged. So if people are leaving bot games, the game becomes flagged for them, putting it under review later.

As someone put it earlier these are bot games, I would rather players who are unable to play full length games not play period but. We have no right in stopping them from playing. I'd be surprised if people really cared if others left bot games(unbless doom bots). In my opinion just push her into norms, let em address the learning curve. They'll be all the better for it

What you say does have merit, sucks to hear. Long run its a bot game, move into norms and ranked to avoid it.

I think you can send in a ticket to Player Support that will function as a manual report if you forgot to report the player to the Instant Feedback System.

TL;DR. As for the title, you can report or honor people after the game in the lobby where it shows your stats. The post game lobby.
