most cost efficient desktop for league (streaming)?

I want a price range for the most cost efficient gaming PC for streaming league.

What i mean by cost efficient:

I don't need gaming keyboard; regular will do
I dont' need a super big and fancy monitor; 16-24 inch will do
i dont need a gaming mouse i already have one
i want a pretty good g card tho. like a pretty darn good one ranging 300-400 dollars

PC: 2 monitors, motherboard, GPU, CPU, keyboard, and thta's it

build your own at IBP make sure to get cooling, good processor, and something like a nvida 970 graphics card, most of the time comes with free upgrades. if you click on them when building and most of the time comes with a normal keyboard and kinda gaming mouse for free or for an extra dollar. Can also get good deals on t.v's while buying the comp as well i got a good size one for prettty cheap.

Eh well unless you're buying the GPU for other games you really don't need a strong GPU for League streaming. Like you can get away with a cheap $150 one and still run the game on high settings.

The main thing you need to be spending your money on is the CPU. I recommend a 4790k, they're not too expensive and you can use the IGPU for streaming while having no impact on your CPU usage. Get a motherboard that works with that and you're set.
