Can we do something about low level accounts sending links in custom games?

It honestly bothers me every time when ever I am waiting for the information to FINALLY be finished collecting from the server, I always get those level 5, or level 30 accounts that will hop in, send you a link to some scam website like What the Fast, or those fake free RP website, and leave before you can kick them. We need a report button on people in the custom game lobby who are currently in the game, or were in the game THANKS <3
