A thought on why Ryze is bad ATM

I was just looking at Ryze over on lolking and I noticed just about everyone is still rushing ROA on him. Maybe rushing that on him isn't as good as it used to be. Also maybe he's not a top laner any more and needs to go back mid.

I tried him just once, vs. AI; I kept greatly overestimating the range of his Q. It just feels like something with a little more distance than it really has.

Maybe Sion shouldn't stand over the cannon minion every wave so I can make money.
