Championship riven Mystery skin
Is it obtainable as a mystery skin? like if we are really really really lucky?

Yeah I'm pretty sure you can get just about any skin, I got Traditional Karma from one and that skin isn't even available to buy anymore.
I'm pretty sure Championship Riven is excluded from mystery skins due to it being a limited skin. I've personally never seen proof of anyone receiving any of the remaining limited skins through mystery skins.
