well speed and reflexes for three of quinns skin's woad scout being her only "buff" skin and illaoi is straight bruiser meaning if illaoi got off one hit it'd be GG, wait some team of animators needs to do a deathbattle/deadliest warrior using league character possibiliities are endless.

It also depends on who challenges the fight and who says where to fight if illaoi chooses an arena like a boxing ring in a stadium quinn would lose due to cramped spaces and not being able to manuever that much but if quinn say chose a large area with alot of trees or hiding places to use the blitzkrieg tactic then she would win.

The thing is that if there aren't any weapons allowed,then Quinn would need to get close to illaoi eventually,which would give illaoi the chance to get a hold of her and then it'd be pretty much over for quinn.

So your saying a slim, athletic, skinny person can not beat a large ufc-body woman?

That said, is illaoi like ufc-mma body ? And Quinn is I guess olympic gymnastic body right?

The thing is that Illaoi is used to hit people with her arms,Quinn on the other hand is used to keep her distance and shoot at people.

Illaoi is specialized on melee,while quinn is specialized in ranged combat. Illaoi simply holds the advantage here.
