well speed and reflexes for three of quinns skin's woad scout being her only "buff" skin and illaoi is straight bruiser meaning if illaoi got off one hit it'd be GG, wait some team of animators needs to do a deathbattle/deadliest warrior using league character possibiliities are endless.
The thing is that if there aren't any weapons allowed,then Quinn would need to get close to illaoi eventually,which would give illaoi the chance to get a hold of her and then it'd be pretty much over for quinn.
