No Flash/Ghost = Camped?

Whether I win or lose lane, it does not matter, if you want to get free kills then camp the lane that does not have flash/ghost. I was at top lane today and the hecarim did not have ghost or flash, I won lane but I lost the game, however, my jungler never came to kill this hecarim once. If my jungler just got fed off of top lane and then snowballed, it would have been easy to win the game.

I don't understand, don't you want free kills? After the enemy top laner goes 0-8 then we can roam and win the game.

This is not the first time this has happened to me either, I just don't understand because if I saw a champ with no flash or ghost as a jungler, all I would see would be dollar signs.
