A late suggestion, but Spooky Gangplank should have the pre-2015 VU GP's voice.

It'd be a nice thing to have, since it can't be the model of the pre-2015 Spooky GP, and would make the skin unique. Also, it'd be a nice nod to the mid-Burning Tides Captain Gangplank skin which has a unique voiceover based on the VO of mid-Bilgewater VU GP. Also, there are no conflicts I'm aware of with the VU's features that would make this unsuitable, except maybe no "Barrel!" soundbyte.

Also it'd just be really cool for players that came before GP's VU to hear his classic awesome ult laugh again.
