How to Ezreal

If on my first back I come up with around 1600 gold as Blue Ezreal, should I still grab just a sheen and boots and head back to lane? or is it a better idea to still grab a BF sword, even though I won't need essence reaver/bloodthirster until later?

build for tri first, if anything get a item 1053 to just live bot lane

i would skip the boots and get sheen plus health and mana pots. early game mana pots go a long ways on ez
