How did aatrox become so bad

Aatrox only got nerfed one time and it wasn't even big.

Blood Well Passive attack speed changed to 30 - 55 (based on level) % from 50% flat. Blades of Torment Base damage reduced to 75 / 110 / 145 / 180 / 215 from 75 / 120 / 165 / 210 / 255.

I don't get how a god tier champ gets nerfed like this and is never seen again. Hes gotten a few compensation buffs which should have made him at least viable again

Base armor increased to 18 from 14.

Massacre Now grants 20% of maximum Blood Well for each enemy hit.

Blood Well Cooldown reduced to 225 / 200 / 175 / 150 seconds from 225 seconds at all levels.

his Q is easy to dodge . his W is easy to work around his Ulti is beh and his E isnt enough dmg for anyone with a tad bit of sustain to be afraid off. he simply needs a rework to become effective again. He was half decent before the Frozen mallet nerfs but once that got changed he became a troll pick again.
