You get the mastery level 6 and 7 with blue essence and tokens, you can't get tokens with blue essence if that's what you're asking.
Not really sure what the question is, but you need 500 blue essence and two S- and up tokens for mastery 6. You'll need 600 blue essence and 3 S and up tokens for mastery 7.
So.. you wan't to get a higher mastery level... but because you are too bad for it you want to buy the tokens instead?
