Can someone turn this picture so that mid-lane is horizontal, please?

Because I can't do it in Paint, and I've been trying for the last 23 minutes to turn it in Paint.Net, but I swear that program is Satan-spawn.
Seriously, if that program was anymore complicated and unpractical it could be a science for itself (How to piss off users).

So, please, please simply turn it so that mid-lane is horizontal, upload it to imgur and post the link here, before I throw my display out of the window ;(

Looked weird simply turned horizontal because of the file aspects so quickly put it on a background color.

If it's similar to Paint (not Paint.Net) but with more options then I'll love it.

Like a lot of well-made freeware it has A LOT of options, an intimidating amount. Navigation is tough sometimes for me as I'm still learning it myself, but once you get it down you can do some awesome stuff with it.

But seriously, I thought I had to use that hand to turn it, but then there was a big fat, black X above it and it didn't work.
I couldn't find out how to 'select' things like in the good ol' simple paint and so I googled it. It said use the blue box thingy, which is weird because that thing doesn't do anything.
I tried around a bit and found out: Blue box thingy and then blue pointer thingy!
And so I turned the picture in some weird feature I don't know the name of, but it didn't fit into the original white box offered to me.
I searched around for a few minutes on how to make the white box bigger. Why can't I just pull it bigger like in paint?
I couldn't find anything and so I googled it again. It said I had to go to picture and then the third from the top and make it bigger. I did.
But then the blue box only wanted to have the whole picture, with white, and not the only the map. So I had to fiddle around a bit to get only the map. I pulled it over and there was this checkered box theme.
I ignored it and turned the picture, but where the picture touched the checkered space it simply vanished.
I tried filling out the checkered space, but it wouldn't let me, and then I had to take a deep breath before I had a mental breakdown. (Note, this all took about 20 minutes already.)
And so I came here for help.
