@Lyte: Might as well ask if I'm ineligible for this season's rewards right now

I'm in the middle of a chat restriction, but should be able to clear it before the season ends. But given that I'm a known asshat in-game when I get angry (I use League as an outlet for aggression), have I already locked myself out of a Victorious skin this year?

Or can I still get it as long as I'm not chat-restricted when the season ends?
