2+ IN 1 ACCOUNT
if any of you play Heroes of Newerth, they have this thing where you can "link" 2+ of your accounts together, connecting all your in-game stuff together in 1 account!
why not implement it here?

Because the only reason to make new accounts is to be matched up against lower skilled opponents. If riot implemented such a system no one would use it because it would tell riot that their account isn't in the right elo. What reason would you possibly need 2 accounts on league of legends unless your a pathetic smurf.
I could see something like this working out. If people linked their smurfs accounts together, then when they act all toxic on their smurfs it would get their whole accounts ban, not just the alternative accounts. But then we will have people claiming "copy" like they do with other games and its probably something Riot doesnt want/need. its irritating when people scream that so-so is copying another game, and there is no originality. Despite the fact that this game has done its fair share of copying ideas as well!
