I am curious as to what happened... and what I can do.

From what I can tell, my net connect drop for about a full min or so while the loading screen was up this is where you see the 10players and wait for the 100% to load for each member. This brought up a dialog box something along the line of, but not a quote 'do you want try and reconnect? Cancel / Connect' I had something else to take care of so I click Cancel that took me right out of the game. I came back about 15min or 20min later and logged in then from what I recall I click PLAY which took me right in the middle of the game I was just drop from, I figured nothing of As I am I new player and learning but when the game was done there was a new screen called "Leaver buster" which it asked me to Type Agree to something because it figured I spent the game standing there??? Obviously one has no choice but to type agree but I don't think I really did anything wrong, as it wasn't my fault that for whatever reason it drop me into a game that i really had no idea I was even in. This happened Friday Feb 10 around 12:30pm and I am just approximating the time. I really didn't think much of it other then "wow what the hell" but It now its kinda bugging me. What should I have done, as I really can't help nor predict when my internet connection might drop.

Any insight as to what happened or what I should have done would be appreciated.

I am going to add this little part here as this is the 2nd time I have posted where I get the message that "First off, this is NOT a warning or punishment to your Boards account. I figured that I was asking for help & support in this posting, why someone feels it need to be in Miscellaneous I really don't know..... As I am new to this whole thing, I will say that there seems to be too many people I am guessing at Riot that need to spend more time helping people then moving posts around??? I really don't want to spend money on this if this is whats its like for help and support.... wow....
I have also done a little reading on this "level buster" thing, talk about potential issues. When ** OR IF** I do spend real money on this game and I get lockout because of this "level buster" thing and a connecting drop, I would be super pissed. I can see understand people getting mad at this for sure...
