IP numbers

I have noticed the past little while that my IP number magically go down when a log in. Yesterday I log-off with 1028 IP and this morning I log-in with 880 IP what is going on?

It seems to keep happening, I played a game this morning and** log off with 1421 IP then 3 hours later I log back in only to find my IP is 1320** ..... is there a reason for this ??? does this happen to everyone ??? does anyone have a comment oh maybe like Riot??
