@Riot What would you do about/for this player?

I will just apologize now for the upcoming wall of text. This is a copy of the Post-Game Chat. Out of respect, I changed the the player's name in question to "Bob". I also blocked out any other identifying accounts. If you have no interest in reading a VERY long chat log, I ask that you do not downvote this post. This post isn't to get the player in trouble (he has already been reported and I trust Riot will take the appropriate steps. The reason I am posting this is to get the community's opinion about what should be done (if anything) about players like this.

@Riot: Because Riot's mission is to be the most community oriented game company in the world, I feel like this post may be of interest to see just how the community feels about players like this. If I have broken the Community Guidelines, please let me know before deleting my post so that I know what not to do again in the future. Thank you.

tl;dr: How do you work with a player that enjoys league and wants to improve the community, but is okay with being toxic and trolling to teach a lesson to another player? What do you do about players that are ok with being reported because they know they will not get banned?

Bob: i also ran the tutor lab for historical researrch here Bob: The first step is to look at their file and learn everyhing about them webhippo: would you just let them sink as well? Bob: the second stage is asking them what is going on in their life right now Bob: becasue they could potnetially just be having a rough patch Bob: the last part is either interention ( baragaing with student to do bits and pieces at a time) Bob: or counseler referal Bob: but that only happens if i cant no figure out what is wrong webhippo: but you wouldnt give up on them?
