How long of a loss streak do you need before Riot intervenes?
Is this one of those "Never" questions? Or is there a point when Riot would say "Okay, you've been f#cked over enough, we'll give you a win"?

Giving a win also means giving a loss.
It sucks, but if you're low ranked, getting out is a marathon crap shoot because most of the trolls and spoiled raging children are also low ranked. Hopefully one day they do something about the system, but as it is that's the only way to deal with it. Lately, I've been trying way too hard to stay positive and keep every comment as nice sounding as possible, and while it's certainly annoying and kinda painful to force yourself to speak nicely to a furious brat, it actually works sometimes, and that's better than any other approach I've seen.
Riot won't do anything about your matchmaking no matter how unlucky you are. I've spoken to support multiple times about having upwards of 80% troll games, and they just say "sorry about your luck, keep trying to win and you'll get out eventually". Well, I doubt it, but I am trying, and that's all you can really do :) That and don't rage on your team. I'm sure it feels appropriate at times, but think about it. Has anyone raging on their team ever produced even a remotely positive result?
Yeah, this is a 'Never' situation. On a losing streak? It sucks, but tough luck. Either you get lucky(better teammates or worse opponents) or you get better.

elo doesn't mean anything, sry! this kind of players are the worst. They think they are good because they are in gold league.
I am in B5 because of afks, flamers and trolls, i have no problem with that!
But i can fuck a player in gold or platinum league !!!!

Protip: it is nearly impossible to lose a game when you deserve 3 or more divisions higher.
I was Silver IV on my main when my smurf hit level 30, and I went into bronze just to see what it was like. I could not lose a game at bronze 2, and I play support. I would regularly end up getting 8-10 kills in botlane just because nobody in bronze is even smart enough to move sideways when thresh winds up his hook.
