Can we make the time in blind pick longer?

I don't know about anyone else but I barely have time to pick my champ and figure out what lane I am, much less choose masteries and runes.

Either this or remove it all together. I like teambuilder much better but as a top main Q times are ridicules, I would prefer not to wait for 20 minutes to play a game that's 30 minutes long.
