Not by default, but you can hide posts from someone through the Forum Enhancer Kit (FEK), among other things.

Yeah, literally says I'm playing like an idiot and am bad at league over an opinion about how to balance a champ.

yea those people are out there... but soemtimes even in the hate there is something to be learned from the comment...

i understand its frustrating... but put that aside and try to see if there is anything you could learn.

Only thing I learned is that Lethality/Early Game meta makes people crazy aggravated.
