Lee Sin complained that I, the enemy Shaco, counters him and that's why he was losing.

Hands down, the dumbest thing anyone ever said to me was "REPORT KAYLE FOR SCRIPTING THEY HAVE INVULNERABILITY HACKS" [zombie-brand-facepalm]
EDIT: If that isn't enough, I just remembered a Riven saying the only reason they lost lane is because Teemo counters Riven... I also remember an Azir telling me that Yasuo hard counters him and thats the only reason I won lane. I am just glad that I didn't get those guys on my team.

No specific example but instead one that happens a lot.
When someone on your team who is something absurd like 10/10/2 or some nonsense rages, whines or tries to scapegoat a player who is something like 1/0/5 or something. "OMG, this mid is useless!" or "omg adc is bad!". It's like they honestly feel that going 1 for 1 repeatedly makes them good because they have a lot of kills. It is the most moronic and INFURIATING thing for me because they earnestly, stubbornly believe it and there is NO convincing them otherwise.
This is often some over-aggressive top laner who will relentlessly trade kills with his enemy. Even if said enemy out-scales him. Even if said enemy has two people helping him so he gave up MORE gold (kill + assists vs a kill) than he gained. Even if the team is asking them to group or to stop "splitpushing" and help take another lane or dragon or something. They'll immediately assume that "Darius pls help mid" or "Darius pls stop pushing top" is a personal offense and will dig into the guy on the team with the least kills and vomit hate all over them. Even if it's a support, tank or utility champion who really doesn't get kills.
Yeah Darius... that support Naut sure is trash. I mean he's like 0/4/17. What a scrub. You having 10 kills means a lot... even though you also gave the ENEMY 10 kills and the score is still even there. I'm sure you'd get second tier tower if we weren't all "scrubs" down here, foolishly trying to take dragon or bot tower or whatever.
This was kind of a rant... but yeah... that attitude drives me god-damned NUTS.
A teemo complaining about how Heimer was broken when he kept running into my turrets.
I always go bot lane. Some dude said "supp" in chat and when I said I got bot he said, And I quote "Supp is a title! it means I get lanes to myself" What the actuall hell?
The dumbest thing was that a lux told me that tristana could only be used as support and not adc.

Ironically this was the patch when Nidalee was reworked into a jungler and had a 56% winrate

I was trying out AP tryn a while ago after the nerfs. Someone said he wasn't good after they removed DFG.

"I refuse to carry this support" said our Lee Sin jungle to me as Brand support when I died for the 4th time to a 4v2 gank. Surprising part was I got my entire combo off first, getting all of them down to about half which my ADC got a triple off of. After the game he made the remark, "tbh, Brand normally does more damage." Apparently doing the most damage on the team by 10K as support wasn't enough for him.
Mid Zed, Top Riven, Jungle Lee Sin, ADC Jinx. "We need tanky support" said Zed as second to last pick. We also need an AP solo laner as well, but apparently that wasn't a thought either.
Playing Teemo on ARAM, the enemy team had bought a

Was told to stop KSing as Brand support after I had died at the beginning of a teamfight and my passive popped 2 low health enemies our Vayne was trying to kill.

The most dumbest thing someone ever said in-game? I had one saying Garen was to hard to play as he as troubles with his "skill shot" moves. This was in a ranked match and he was feeding hard.

mid lane when our team has no knock up, goes 1/11, then complain that he cannot use ult in teamfight...
Guy picking any squishy top laner/jungler/support then complains about team not having a tank...
ADC going 1v2 when the support wasnt even close, then asking to report his support...
Anyone complaining about "braindead champs", "no skill champs"....it makes no sense for me. I mean, you play whatever you like, it can be

I saw a lot of dumb things in almost 2 seasons. I could make a top 50 I think xD
-One of my more recent threads had a Quinn telling me (Illaoi) "Wow so fair. thanks riot" after deciding to fight me in melee range and dying in about 2 seconds or so. -Also had a guy about a year ago tell me that a 1-4 is better then getting caught out alone because he got a kill and when i got caught i didnt.
- "WTF DOES THAT BLOCK EVERYTHING!!!!!!" This was a Kha'Zix who kept ganking me as Malzahar mid, blowing his q on my passive, and running away. None of times he gank was the enemy mid laner anywhere close to follow up either.
- A guy who claimed he hated all bronze players and that they were all trash. Later said he was Bronze 1 and when questioned about it claimed he said that he wasnt Bronze...
- A Nasus and Katarina told me Yi was a no skill champion. No shit but really...
- A Darius was blaming the Jungler (not me) for his lost lane. I watched him dive the enemy Fiora atleast twice and die.
- A guy told me that KDA matters more then winrate
- "WTF MID NO MIA" after i pinged MIA and back off until the game stopped me and typed MIA in the chat.
- A Caitlyn kept dying 2v1 when i was roaming as bard. "Bard should not exist"
- "I shouldnt have to build QSS vs Malzahar to beat him"- enemy Jinx.
- Enemy was raging about how we all picked overpowered champions. In aram...
