Tank Veigar Build?

So, I've been thinking... Veigar probably would do pretty well as a tank top, since his E would remain unaffected, he'd probably will still be able to 100-0 the AP carry and dish out a lot of damage with his Q stacks. However, I've never played a tank or top champion before... so what do you guys think I should build on tank Veigar?

Pref a comp with CDR, for maximum stacks and stuns.

Also, would this be a good build against an average AD/AP team? HP+AP MR CDR+Armor Armor AP+Armor ( MR or MR+Armor ) Thanks!

I think it would work somewhat like Nasus, if at all. Abyssal scepter (AP and MR) or spirit visage (if you need more CDR), maybe?

It sadly does not work very well. Veigar has no innate sustain. And unlike nasus, veigar has multiple abilities purely based on damage. Veigar's base stats and scaling do not bode well for a tank. So while it is possible, it is no where near ideal to build him tanky.
