Conqueror Karma login border - There is no difference between bundle and separate purchase?

I got the champion skin. Noticed that there is no border. So I went to the page and re-read it carefully. Turns out - you can get login border two ways: purchasing a bundle and purchasing both champion and ward skin. The thing is - if you own Karma already - there is no difference between bundle and separate purchase because bundle consists of Champion skin + Ward skin_ (not counting icon because it it basically free) _. Separate purchase also consists of Champion skin + Ward skin. The weirdest part is that you get login border at the end of MSI if you buy it separately while getting it right away when paying 1RP more for bundle.

Am I missing something? Is the only difference paying 1RP more for icon and getting login border right away? (and 25% off Karma if you don't own her)
