Possible middle ground?

Why don't we try finding a middle ground regarding the solo queue vs. dynamic queue? here's what I was thinking,

when getting in queue, it asks you to choose,

"play with premades" or "play with solos"

in other words, if none of your friends are on, you can do solos where EVERYONE is a solo player, while with premades, is the only queue premades of 2 or more can get in queue.

I'm ready for all the hate regarding this, but I'm doing everything I can think of for a middle ground solution that maybe Riot would go along with.
