[Idea] Personalized Summoner Icons + Poll
Now, I'm sure we all agree that there are plenty of cool icons, and there are numerous calls for being able to having new artwork taking up that neat little square. But wouldn't it be awesome if we could "commission" our own, personalized icons?
Here's my idea:
Riot puts out a call and says, "Hey, you can get a custom icon -- drawn directly by a Rioter -- if you pay 'x' price!" Your icon can be whatever you want it to be so long as it fits within the Summoner's Code and whatever other new guidelines Riot might impose. For time and resources allocated, let's approximate each one would cost between $100 - $250.
After submitting what you'd like to have as your icon, you go into a queue (waiting list). Upon being called up to the front of the line, you work personally with a Riot artist to have your idea come to fruition (capped at 'x' number of hours).
TL;DR Think of it as a tattoo commission, for anyone who has gone through that process...except for icons.
