[CLIENT] Game is Nearly Unplayable After Installing 4.19
I don't have video, but every game I've played since 4.19 has been noticeably different than pre-patch. Examples:
- Frequent frame skips and frame rate drop.
- Ping has doubled since the patch was instituted (EDIT: Ping is remaining steady at ~125 since patch, was at ~60 prior to patch.)
- Visual delays on all effects and game-related actions.
Prior to the patch, I was at a steady 60+ FPS with ~60 ping at nearly all times. Hope this helps.

You can check your in-game ping by creating a Custom match with yourself as the only player.
UPDATE #1: 06 NOV, 0814 - Ping and packet transfer seem back to normal after doing a preliminary check in Custom. UPDATE #2: 06 NOV, 0840 - Just tried playing ARAM; I had one instance of packet loss, otherwise my ping and everything else seemed fine. UPDATE #3: 06 NOV, 1030 - Played through a Ranked with no issues save for unusually long loading. It seems like people are still encountering the error, however.

CONTEXT EDIT: This was meant to be nothing more than a bug report in the hopes that Riot understood there was an issue (if they hadn't already). Please do not bash Riot, as these things tend to happen with global rollouts. And please, please do not rag on individuals or specific teams within Riot. They are people, just like you and me.
