Riot you NEED to reduce Dynamic Queue's lobby time

I sit through 4-5 minutes of a lobby just to have someone dodge in the last second, then i sit in queue for another 1-2 minutes. Spending 6-7 minutes to get into a game just to not play it is ridiculous, and considering every other game has a dodge it just makes it more frustrating.
