Why doesn't Riot give you a special gift or sale for your birthday or anniversary of play?

Wouldn't it be nice? you sign in for a game of league and what pops up is "Happy Birthday Summoner! For your special day have a random skin chest/(or better yet) a skin of your choice!". Or When you sign in "Summoner, Thank you for your dedication to playing League of Legends for x years! Have this reward!" I think it would show that riot really cares about their playerbase, and one skin or some ip boosts or some rp wouldn't hurt a company that makes like a billion dollars a year(exaggeration of course). If not that, at least something like the sales where they give you like 8 discounted skins.

I've always wanted a Birthday skin, at least like a random one. (Unless you had been on Riot's behavioral watchlist).

Maybe a guaranteed 750 and up skin each year on your birthday, excluding new and recent skins, and maybe also excluding limited skin. (So it's no abused)

They'd make no money like that cause then people will just wait on it. Makes more sense for it to be a random chance at a skin.

How can you lie about one specific date? You either lie about your birthday, or lie about when you first signed up. Either way it's not gonna effect anything, if you change your birthday once you got your gift for it, i'm pretty sure they'd be able to tell and won't give you another gift. How would lying affect this?

Depends on like the system, for example could you only earn this reward for playing league for at least a year? or right away. Lets say your making a smurf and want a free skin that would be abuse.

An reward for an anniversary would mean at least a year of play imo, why on earth would they give you a skin for just signing up. The idea here is "thank you for being loyal to us" in case of the anniversary one.
