No, i'm not the one using it while playing, i'm not a baffoon. It's kinda impossible to know when your room mates are going to just obliterate the entire bandwidth

sounds like you need two modems... split the connection speed and have one for gaming and one for everything else

typical at home connections are like 50mbps if not higher.... you can do that and have no lost in your connection best of luck

Yeah man, I love going from 50 ms to 700 ms within the snap of the finger all game, literally non stop. I like how one little fucking streaming application can just fuck the entire bandwidth. I love it.

but if you call the ISP tell them you want to split it into two different signals they can do that for ya.... might have to pay another fee for the additional modem or whatever

at home i have 100mbps connection... cost me $45 a month

I don't control all of that, i've already made a complaint to the person who's paying the internet bill in my house, I don't think another would really... ya know.

You should check if there are already two connections.

My internet has a 2.4G and a 5G connection. I put the whole house on the 2.4G and use the 5G explicitly for my laptop.

If you can't - then consider playing elsewhere. A school library may have enough power to let you play consistently despite other people's usage.

Using a wired connection may help as well.
