Just curious, every other project champion is all about obnoxious dashes/blinks. even down to leona. I was just curious as to why Ashe was picked over a more mobile adc like Kalista/graves/vayne/quinn ect

She's not even active in either of the areas where the project theme comes from,
With the exception of ashe every other champion is from zaun, ionia, demacia(Targon is connected) or noxus, which are three parts of a war within one region (Zaun and noxus vs ionia). I was under the impression that there was a purpose for them, now if they needed a leader, i could see graves, his big Bleep you attitude, getting caught and then busting loose. breaking out of confinement was in his backstory anyway and he's the leader of an old gang... plus space cowboy

Graves would get so pissed at the concept of being enslaved he'd free all the subjects just out of spite, Kalitta out of vengeance, ect.
With that clunky of a champion having a project skin we might as well have project urgot, project shen, project Darius, and project garen...
Heck I'd take project draven before project ashe.

I guess what I'm saying is that with the exception of ashe, every other project champion has at least a dash, and has always had a reputation for being the sort of champion who might just carry the game.

would fit for a mecha skin, but he has it. I really believe it just comes down to if they have a good concept for a skin on a champ that they wish to go with. I could imagine someone at Riot coming up with a stealthy or cyborg version of
