Cass Twin Fangs because of how reliant she is on it for damage already, and how much damage it already does, not to mention the heals. After that I'd say Lux's Final Spark

I think its funny how most of the skills posted can easily deal true damage in almost every match as they are ap and most adcs never go past around 42 mr

Runes/boots/Liandrys and most ap skills will true damage an adc, but i understand this isnt the case for tanks

and sonas q even whilst dealing true damage to an adc isnt as op as youd imagine
