So... since new SR is going to have Gromp, does that mean no Frog Champion?

Gromp (the replacement for the Wight) looks pretty toad-like, IMO, so will his presence basically say "NO FROGS!" in League?

I'm doing a playthrough of a Chrono Trigger Hard Mod, and seeing Frog kicking ass again makes me want someone like him in League.
