With Heimerdeinger setting the ground for all future male Yordels, Doesn't this mean the rest will have a full head of hair?

I'm actually loving the Heimerdinger hair. Just asking because I'm just curious
Heimer's magnificent hair is important to his character. After all, he has to hide that D.I.N.G.R somewhere.
I don't think every yordle needs a full head of hair, but as long as Rumble keeps his mohawk I'll be happy.
I'd imagine that all yordles are capable of growing head hair, but some probably trim it.
Kennen, Corki, and Veigar all have things covering their heads so you can't see their hair anyway, and Rumble does have a hairdo.
I dunno, every Yordle without a hat seems to have hair, no?

Teemo is the exception (super Teemo) and he is in the Yordle Army, there it makes sense to keep it short.
