It's been 16 days and I haven't got a response on my support ticket.
Lol. What is even the point of submitting these things? I mean, 16 days is a bit pathetic. I even bumped the thing a week ago asking if they forgot about me.

Im pretty sure updating your ticket moves you to the back of the line.
If they do respond, it will be a canned, automated response Much like the immediate responses you get when first submitting your ticket It will be "insert response #18735", not an actual person.
Well, it's now been 3 weeks. It's also been well over 2 weeks that I was told I was getting transferred to a real person (that's what the automated response said).
