Suggestion - Grant player Victorious skin on highest achieved rank not current rank

AFAIU player is gifted Victorious skin based on rank at the end of season. This will somewhat prevent players to play more games at season end so that they won't risk loosing unique skin.

Grant Victorious skin if player achieved Gold and above rank during season.
