Could they have easily fixed this problem by talking to the community? Yes. Did they do that? No. Why? Because, unlike what happened with the Xerath changes, they just assumed everything would be great and didn't ask any hardcore Fiora players what Fiora meant to them. Why? Because obviously they don't matter when re-designing a champion they love.
