For me, I have a laptop from 3-4 years ago. I can run the game perfectly. Yeah, I have froze and lagging sometime but I think it's because of the response with the servor of League of Legends. I am on the NA East Coast. Your ram seems pretty big too. I think my ram is lower than this. Otherwise, you can go to the support. I have download something there that can update all of your pilots. Since then, I have put my fps at 60. It works fine.
