Does dodging lower your MMR?
Also, can you get demoted from dodging a game? I'd really like to know.

No to both. You'll get -3 LP if you dodge at 0 LP.
Nope. If you have LP you will lose 3LP the first dodge then like 10 the next. If you're at 0 though you just fall to -3LP.
