Anyone else really hate this or am I alone? It bugs me to no end just honestly.

If you mute a player, you can't hear their emotes. Even if you do mute them, you can report them after the match.

Possible. Under 'spam' I report for overusing the hell out of pings sometimes, though I think tec. Riot meant for spam to mean chat spam. But, spam is spam, and if they're doing it just to bother people/make the game less fun for others..then, yes, I'd say it's reportable.

EDIT: Though, I would ask them (nicely) to stop 1st, give 'm a 2nd chance..if they stop..no report..if they don't...report.

considering how I spam emotes 24/7 365 in game, can't say it bothers me.

its not that bad. i mean i can understand if people spam it while playing in say a teamfight, or trying to CS, but if its the beginning/ending of the game, or after escaping an enemy i can understand that!

I'd rather players spam emotes than to think that saying "SALT" is clever.

Depends on the champ, some can get really annoying, some are just funny, even if it's the enemy and you're losing. Garen 's voice tends to bother me more than most...
