Not a single 7 ?
The vast majority of my points are in the first four, but I've recently started putting a little time into others (including Yi, which I picked up a few weeks ago). I'll get around to getting more to 5 later.
I have 12 champions currently in rank 7 starting with my top 3 are just near the 300,000 mark 
The rest are 
the rest from 4 to 12 are in 80,000 to over 200,000.
The rest are other top laners and supports in rank 6 or 5 i think there is about 15 of those. While other role common champions are just barely rank 4.
I mostly stick to my supports, but i own all champions.
I don't tend to get rank 5 on all my champions but I aim to get at least one skin per champion and there are about 20 champions that don't have skins.
Was going to whore out my cash for one skin per champ but hextech crafting has me covered for this.

I should clarify I have the mastery tokens (shown left) to upgrade a lot of champions. But I don't because I don't want them to show over top of champions I have more points in. (Such as Leona 158k) or Sona. (Who I actually forgot until I made this picture that I should upgrade)
