I went to this thread expecting a spewing of toxicity, and hate from this guy. Was pleasantly surprised it was the exact opposite.
I played a ranked game, where everyone was supportive and forgiving of mistakes. It scared me.
This is should totally be the best posts as of recently.
I never had nice players like these for my 2 years in league.
And most of the time i see haters, killing people with hate, that's why my bros who are new to the game go 0/1 not titled till a dick head just rages at them and then they go 0/10

Not enough of kindness, good things, or just respecting that a player will tilt if you talk shit to him. Respect or pride maybe ain't even answer.

The exact same thing happened to me , except the guy added me to yell at me that my family should die from brain cancer.
I once forgot to leave a lobby after a game ended, and when I looked back at League, I saw the enemy team flaming at each other, even though they won. Eventually it was just me and a Veigar left, so we both just started chatting, first starting with gg fun game and the like.
Then we eventually started talking about how fun Veigar and Cho were, the two champs that we played, and how they both can be built full tank but still do a good chunk of damage, then moved to talking about old items back in the day, before spending a good 5 minutes talking about old Yorick (I will remember the name Yorick Mori).
But it's just so great how you can meet really nice people in a game that is most known for it's toxic community.
When people add ME after the game they usually do so just to say KYS.
I can tell you right now that was not a human being playing that game.
That was very nice of this person to do. Hopefully other people learn from this and we see this kind of behavior more often, both in and out of game.
Had an experience like this on overwatch. Played against a winston who bent me over and fucked me, but it was mainly my teams fault because a mercy cannot do shit against a winston except try to run and hope her team can kill him. He stuck up for me and said that it was my team's fault, not the healers' fault (the other healer on my team, zenyatta, was getting rekt too). We friended afterward and have played some games together.
Someone once added me post game to flame. [zombie-brand-facepalm]
