is laughing reportable?

It is incredibly annoying, but no you can not get banned for it.

I mean if you are spamming it as in laughing and not actually playing it could be a sign of grieving because you aren't playing the game. But it really depends on why and for how long. I spam laugh all the time at the beginning of the match, but once minions are there it's game time!
