So has anyone actually reached Honor level 3 or am I just not nice enough?

I've gotten an average of 2-3 honors per game since the Honor system has been re-vamped. I'm still stuck at Honor level 2 for some reason. How do they expect us to hit Honor level 5 at this rate? I'm pretty sure this is a worldwide problem as well, so wtf. If anyone has gotten level 3, be sure to send a screenshot so I can see. I'm genuinely curious.

I am sure they want it to be meaningful and not something so easy to obtain. Now you know someone is "actually" honorable if they are lvl 3 or 4
